Are your laundry bags suitable for every fabric?
Not necessarily. Suitability depends on both the accessory and the garment. Always follow the garment's care label before washing.
Can washing bags protect delicate clothes?
They can help separate garments and reduce direct contact with other items during washing, but they cannot prevent every type of wear or damage.
Can I use a lint remover on any fabric?
Fabric compatibility varies. Test the tool gently on a small, hidden area first and avoid aggressive use on delicate materials.
Are your organizers available in different sizes?
Where multiple sizes are available, dimensions and capacity will be shown on the individual product page. Measure your drawer, wardrobe, shelf, or storage area before ordering.
Can clothes be stored immediately after washing?
Clothing should generally be completely dry before storage to help prevent unwanted moisture and odors.
Can I machine-wash shoes using a shoe laundry bag?
Only if the footwear manufacturer's instructions state that the shoes are suitable for machine washing. The bag itself does not make unsuitable footwear machine washable.
Do you sell travel clothing organizers?
Depending on the current collection, SOLLERWAY may also offer compact garment and laundry organizers suitable for luggage and travel.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact sollerway@outlook.it as soon as possible. We'll try to accommodate the request if processing hasn't progressed too far, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
How can I track my order?
